Join us for an inspiring luncheon on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 12–1 PM at The Stella Hotel & Ballroom, featuring Dr. Colleen Palmer, Associate Professor of Communication and Media Arts at Carthage College and owner of her own public relations consulting agency.
With a Ph.D. in Communication and Media Arts, Dr. Palmer brings a wealth of experience in public relations, crisis communication, and strategic storytelling. She has worked with dozens of Kenosha’s small businesses and nonprofits, helping them strengthen their brand presence and community impact. In addition to her teaching and consulting work, Dr. Palmer was recently recognized with Carthage College’s Distinguished Teaching Award and is currently under contract for her upcoming book on public relations and AI.
