About the event

Amy Greil (gry-el) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Community Resource Development with the University Wisconsin-Madison's Division of Extension.  In Extension and as a contracted employee of Kenosha County since 2014, she has engaged in a breadth of programming efforts and applied research in community economic development and leadership.  As a UW faculty member, she pursued a successful tenure review process in 2017 and looks forward to making a lasting, positive impact on the communities of Kenosha County.

Through her years of nonprofit business planning and organizational development activities with food pantries and partners, she worked with volunteer members of a board of directors to create the Kenosha County Food Bank, Inc in 2020.

Join us Wednesday, March 10th at noon to hear more about the Food Bank and how this new organization is helping address food insecurity in Kenosha!
