Tempo Kenosha June 2021 Luncheon

Join us as we resume in-person meetings and enjoy a wonderful lunch at the Kenosha Country Club. Our speaker this month is Toni Hansen, Director of Human Resources for Manufacturing at the HARIBO Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin location.

Toni Hansen is a dynamic, well-rounded Human Resources Business Partner with over twenty five (25) years of experience in the field, focused within the CPG industry at Fortune 500 companies.  Toni is local to the Kenosha, WI area and is a proud University of Wisconsin-Parkside graduate, receiving both her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and her MBA from the university.  Her career began in Kenosha at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. as an HR Coordinator, and she progressed to ultimately take on the lead HR role with the organization. From there, Toni pursued an opportunity at Nestle USA (Burlington, WI).  At Nestle, Toni held the role of HR Manager and was a key player in transforming the Plant into a high-performing work environment. Her strategic guidance helped lead Burlington to win multiple “Best in the Nest” awards, including recognitions in Safety, People, and Supply strategies that led to breakthrough results. In 2019, Toni joined HARIBO of America as the HR Director for Manufacturing Operations in the United States. She is looking forward to leveraging her skills and experience as she brings the people-centric HARIBO culture to Pleasant Prairie, where the company’s newest factory is currently being built.  Toni’s family includes her husband, Jeff; daughters Stephanie, Riley and Kayley; their dog, Dori; and last but far from least, their cat, Khloe Kardashian.
