Tempo Kenosha February 2023 Luncheon

Our speaker this month is Rachael Proko-Viola, President and Licensed Funeral Director of Proko Funeral Home.

Rachael Proko-Viola is a lifelong Kenosha resident. She attended Forest Park Elementary, McKinley Junior High, and graduated from Tremper High School in 2002. She then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in 2006, from UW-Milwaukee in Business Management specializing in Human Resources. In 2007, she graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with a degree in Mortuary Science. She has worked at Proko Funeral Home for almost 20 years. In 2020, she purchased the funeral home from her father, making her the third-generation owner of the funeral home. Rachael is a member of the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. She is currently the Vice President of the Southeastern Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Academy's Endowment Board, and is a former member of the Hospice Alliance Operations Board. She and her husband, Dreu Viola are members of St. Mary's Catholic Church and are the proud parents of their two children, Nico (9) and Adriana (7).
